Innovations Intern

Overview:
We are seeking curious and driven Innovations Interns to join our team for Summer 2025. This internship is perfect for students interested in business analytics, technology, and innovation. We are offering two tracks: a Technical Internship and a Business Analyst Internship. You’ll gain valuable exposure to our operations, work on real projects, and learn from our experienced professionals.

What You’ll Learn and Do:

• See how our Innovations team uses software and data to support business operations
• Learn the basics of SQL, Python, and Produce Pro, our core inventory and logistics system
• Support the creation of real-time system notifications and help document scripts
• Understand how to gather and use business requirements to improve systems
• Gain exposure to data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau (Business Analyst Track)
• Practice professional communication and collaborate with other departments
• Perform data entry, scan and file documents, and assist with other administrative tasks
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing projects

Who You Are:

• A current high school or college student with an interest in technology, innovation, or business analytics
• Eager to learn, self-motivated, and curious about how businesses use tech to grow
• For the Technical Track: Some familiarity with Python or SQL preferred
• For the Business Analyst Track: Interest in project management, statistics, and data visualization
• Comfortable using computers and willing to explore new software
• Professional communication and a strong team player
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• If you are under 18, you must provide valid working papers
