Job Description

• This role will require 3-5 days per week onsite
• Collaborate with corporate business leaders to develop, shape and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive a high performance culture
• Help support strategic planning, business meetings, and major functional activities to understand the existing and potential people issues and opportunities in the relevant areas
• Act as a change agent and coach to leaders on organizational change and transformation topics
• Oversight of key People Processes including talent attraction & development, performance management, employee engagement, workforce/succession planning, bonus programs, etc
• Collaboration with Center of Expertise, HR Shared Services and other HR Business Partners to drive HR process optimization
• Drive and implement other HR initiatives for all personnel in the corporate departments within the US
• Use people analytics to develop data-driven recommendations in the areas of attraction, development, engagement and retention
• Design and facilitate workshops as needed to drive organizational performance & business results
• Lead and/or actively participate on HR project teams to implement HR initiatives and programs across the site

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
• 2+ years of Human Resources experience
• Ability to be onsite 3-5 days per week

Preferred:

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Experience developing solid business relationships and collaborating with leadership
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with all levels of the organization effectively
• Forward thinking mindset
• Customer oriented with continuous improvement focus
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen
• Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proactive, able to adapt, flexible, self-motivated and self-starter
• SAP and Talent Hub experience
• Experience working with international teams
