Job Description
- This role will require 3-5 days per week onsite
- Collaborate with corporate business leaders to develop, shape and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive a high performance culture
- Help support strategic planning, business meetings, and major functional activities to understand the existing and potential people issues and opportunities in the relevant areas
- Act as a change agent and coach to leaders on organizational change and transformation topics
- Oversight of key People Processes including talent attraction & development, performance management, employee engagement, workforce/succession planning, bonus programs, etc
- Collaboration with Center of Expertise, HR Shared Services and other HR Business Partners to drive HR process optimization
- Drive and implement other HR initiatives for all personnel in the corporate departments within the US
- Use people analytics to develop data-driven recommendations in the areas of attraction, development, engagement and retention
- Design and facilitate workshops as needed to drive organizational performance & business results
- Lead and/or actively participate on HR project teams to implement HR initiatives and programs across the site
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- 2+ years of Human Resources experience
- Ability to be onsite 3-5 days per week
Preferred:
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience.
- Experience developing solid business relationships and collaborating with leadership
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with all levels of the organization effectively
- Forward thinking mindset
- Customer oriented with continuous improvement focus
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proactive, able to adapt, flexible, self-motivated and self-starter
- SAP and Talent Hub experience
- Experience working with international teams
