Information Technology Intern

Overview

Carollo Engineers is an internationally recognized environmental engineering firm that specializes in the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater facilities. We are seeking an Information Technology Intern to help with various IT Tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review and update documentation for policies, procedures, standards and guidelines.

• Assist with setting up and possibly troubleshooting hardware and software. 
• Help with inventory and cleanup of old hardware. 
• Assist with shipping IT equipment.
• Perform other related tasks and duties that are assigned or required.

Qualifications

• Qualified applicants must be available for 24 hours per week.
• 0 to 3 years of prior internship experience is desired
• The internship may be located in the following offices: Phoenix, Orange County, and Walnut Creek 

Preferred Qualifications

• Problem-solving abilities 
• Communication and customer service skills
• Previous internship or volunteer experience within IT Support
