Role Summary/Purpose:

This role remotely leads a team of Inside Sales Practice Development Specialists who are responsible for engagement and growth of purchase volume within their assigned Health & Wellness Industry vertical. The role reports to the VP - Inside Sales and will hire, train, coach, counsel, and mentor Inside Sales - Practice Development Specialists (PDS). This role works directly with the VP - Inside Sales and Senior Sales & Industry Leaders (GM's) to execute sales strategies. This role will also partner with other sales leaders, Quality Assurance & Training Managers to execute sales strategies.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Remotely hire, onboard, train, manage & lead an Inside Sales PDS team to ensure the execution of industry vertical sales/marketing initiatives.

  • Coach/mentor Inside Sales team members & evaluate based on a benchmark measurement system through regular monthly one-on-ones and ad-hoc coaching sessions.

  • Responsible for increasing purchase volume (amount financed per provider) across Book of Business through:

  • Development and implementation of strategies, tactics, and/or "best practices" within the team to drive engagement with practices for growth as well as to increase purchase volume in underperforming accounts

  • Partnering with various departments including field sales, marketing, and operations to execute strategy for growth

  • Leveraging feedback for effective coaching provided through Quality Assurance & independent call listening (live & recorded) to support sales process enhancements and foster a culture of continuous improvement

  • Gather & report back Voice of the Customer to industry leadership

  • Foster a positive and engaging environment that encourages teamwork, celebrates diversity, inspires performance, and rewards success  

  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Financial Services, Sales, or Call Center environment

  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership with people management experience with direct reports

  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills (written, oral, non-verbal).

  • Ability to work in cross- functional and cross-cultural teams.

  • Customer focused mindset with ability to respond quickly to customer needs.

  • Proven ability to work independently.

  • Solid knowledge of SalesForce functionalities and SalesForce reporting capabilities

Desired Qualifications:

  • CareCredit platform experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field

  • Strong finance business/industry acumen

  • Strong analytical acumen; experience developing, and using, a variety of metrics to evaluate performance and drive skills

  • Knowledge of customer financial drivers/needs

  • Medical Sales / Marketing experience

  • Hands-on self-starter with excellent time management, presentation/public speaking and organization skills

  • Outstanding communication skills; ability to build relationships and work effectively across functions and levels

Grade/Level: 11

                                                                                      

The salary range for this position is 90,000.00 - 155,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.

                                 

Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.

Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must be 18 years or older

  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent

  • You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process

  • You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
