About The Job You’re Considering
We are seeking an experienced Senior PMO Lead to oversee a large-scale, multi‑workstream program currently consisting of 9 active workstreams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise program management, executive stakeholder engagement, financial modeling, and Agile program coordination. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to drive alignment across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Your Role
- Create, maintain, and continuously update the overall program plan and multi-workstream roadmap.
- Lead PMO governance activities across all 9 workstreams, ensuring alignment to the overarching program objectives.
- Manage workstream-level planning, including requirements approval timelines, backlog grooming schedules, and story completion target dates.
- Prepare high-quality presentations for executive leadership and steering committee meetings.
- Partner with executive leaders and business stakeholders to provide program updates, documentation, and communication materials.
- Serve as a primary PMO liaison across business and technical teams.
- Own and maintain the RAID log for all workstreams.
- Proactively identify risks and dependencies, driving mitigation and resolution across teams.
- Build and maintain financial models for workstreams, including OpEx and CapEx allocations.
- Track and manage program-level financials
- Support Release Train Engineers (RTEs) with program-level alignment and issue resolution.
- Create and maintain JIRA dashboards that provide a holistic view of program health, dependencies, and progress.
- Establish PMO standards for JIRA usage across all workstreams.
- Review JIRA data to validate status accuracy and identify gaps.
- Monitor high-level deliverable status across all workstreams.
- Drive teams to achieve key milestones and program timeline commitments.
- Ensure timely completion of deliverables in alignment with the program plan.
Your Skills and Experience
- 8+ years of program or portfolio management experience in large enterprise environments.
- Proven experience leading PMO functions across multiple, concurrent workstreams.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, SAFe experience preferred.
- Advanced proficiency with JIRA, reporting tools, and dashboard creation.
- Strong financial acumen, including OpEx/CapEx modeling and budget management.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage executives and technical teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to travel as required.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $86,900 - $203,800
