Are you ready to make a difference and lead an exceptional team? Oklahoma Crisis Recovery Unit is seeking a Director of Operations who embodies teamwork and leadership. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this role involves planning, organizing, directing, and enhancing various administrative, clinical, and support services. You'll provide direct supervision to the facility's direct care staff and support the Executive Director in all operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor direct care staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Operational Excellence: Plan, organize, and direct improvement of services across administrative, clinical, and support functions.
- Strategic Support: Assist the Executive Director with strategic initiatives and operational requirements.
- Educational Background: Master’s Degree in Psychology, Business, Public Administration, Nursing, Human Relations, Education, Communication, Social Work, Health Administration, or a closely related field AND two (2) years in a supervisory role OR Bachelor’s Degree and three (3) years in a supervisory role.
- Preferred: Licensed Mental Health Professionals.
- Salary: Starting at $83,000.00 with additional benefits allowance and incentives for ODMHSAS service.
