Responsible for ensuring all downgraded product is packaged according to</p><p>Specifications</p><p></p><p>B. Must be able to work around breader dust and marination</p><p></p><p>C. Responsible for completing all paperwork associated with finished seconds product </p><p></p><p>D. Must be able to work in cold temperatures (50 degrees or less)</p><p></p><p>E. Make and label boxes</p><p></p><p>F. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. </p><p></p><p>II.  List muscular/skeletal requirement(s) of the job.</p><p>A. Use arms and shoulders to reach product on line </p><p></p><p>B. Must use hands and fingers to pack bags into boxes</p><p></p><p>C. Must use eyes to see.</p><p></p><p>D. Must use legs/feet to stand for long periods of time. (approx 3 1/2 hours)</p><p></p><p>E. Must be able to lift tubs of product.
