Warehouse Technician
Location: Atlanta, GA
Contract: Fixed Term, 12-months
Salary: up to $55,000 per year, plus bonus
Working Pattern: up to 5 days/week in office

As a Warehouse Technician, you will be a vital part of our operations, supporting both office-based and on-site activities. Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations:
Ensure workstations and meeting rooms are clean and functional.
Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse shelving and freight area.
Hardware Management:
Process incoming deliveries, update inventory in ClickUp, and store items appropriately.
Fulfill shipment requests by gathering and configuring hardware, ensuring timely FedEx pickups.
Manage critical hardware processes, including server installations, testing, and troubleshooting kits.
Keep Slack and ClickUp workflows updated with progress.
Inventory Control:
Maintain and audit the Critical Items Inventory Sheet.
Provide accurate inventory information to the Hardware Team.
Track and maintain the quality of rental kits, ensuring they are ready for use.
Hardware Repairs and Testing:
Develop and follow processes for testing and repairing RMA hardware.
Communicate with suppliers to resolve hardware issues.
Update inventory sheets with RMA notes and root cause analyses.
Kit Builds:
Build and QA/QC kits as assigned, ensuring quality and timely shipment.
Coordinate additional personnel for kit builds as needed.
Prepare kits for shipment, including palletizing and securing hardware.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience with ClickUp and Google Suite.
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks independently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Diligent, organized approach to resolving technical issues.
Responsibility for personal workload and standards.
Competence in using all tooling and ensuring health and safety standards.
Flexibility for up to 7 days of on-site support per year and occasional work outside office hours.
Willingness to perform additional tasks as requested by the line manager.
