About the role
Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Relations Account Representative to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is responsible for coordinating our nationwide installation partners, acting as the primary point of contact for installations and escalations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the scale of existing partnerships and onboarding new strategic partners, as well as driving operational improvements for both Streamlabs and our partner network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison for Streamlabs' nationwide installation partners, ensuring a seamless communication flow and addressing any inquiries or issues that arise.
- Coordinate the installation process for partners, tracking progress and providing timely updates to stakeholders.
- Manage escalations effectively, working closely with partners and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support the scale of existing partnerships by identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
- Assist in onboarding new strategic partners by facilitating training sessions, providing resources, and coordinating initial installations.
- Analyze operational workflows and propose improvements that benefit both Streamlabs and our partners, fostering a culture of continuous enhancement and excellence.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring all activities align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Flexibility to travel as required to support partners and installs
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
- Proven experience in plumbing operations, understanding the nuances and challenges faced within the industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills and the capacity to navigate challenging situations with professionalism and poise.
- Proficient in project management software and tools, with a strong aptitude for using technology to streamline processes.
