About the role

This is a temporary position. 

 

The Manager, Ambassador & VIP Programs reports to the Director, Ambassador & Growth Initiatives. This role’s primary focus will be supporting the program management of Ambassador and VIP programs and coordinating broader Member Experience team activities. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive manager to support key operational processes, team coordination, and administrative functions. This role ensures smooth execution of daily tasks, data integrity, and collaboration across internal teams. 

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE 

 

Education and Experience 

 

Required: 

  • 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited university with a major/focus on Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related major; OR 8+ years of related work experience. 

  • 3+ years of experience managing multiple programs, projects and responsibilities through a complex   organization. 

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills. 

 

Preferred: 

  • 2+ years of experience managing multiple programs, projects and responsibilities through a complex organization 

  • Existing knowledge / experience of loyalty and / or VIC programs. 

  • Experience in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and on budget 

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. 

  • Proficiency in standard office tools and systems. 

 

 

 

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES 

 

Operational Support 

  • Manage daily administrative tasks and ensure timely processing of program-related activities. 

  • Conduct audits and spot checks to maintain accuracy and compliance. 

  • Participate in annual program reviews and assist with year-end data validation. 

Financial & Vendor Management 

  • Submit and track invoices and statements of work (SOWs) to ensure timely completion. 

  • Monitor and maintain accurate records for financial processes. 

Team & Event Coordination 

  • Provide backup support for events and assist with logistics as needed. 

  • Coordinate team activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and organizing offsite sessions for leadership. 

Project & Transition Support 

  • Assist with transitioning responsibilities for select programs and initiatives. 

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth handoffs and continuity.
