About the team

The Business Integrity team's mission is to uphold ethical advertising on TikTok. We're looking for teammates who are passionate and dedicated to promoting best-in-class business practices for our global user audience.

Product Managers within the Business Integrity domain will become integral members of an accomplished team, collaborating side-by-side with specialists in engineering, data science, operations, and policy-making.



New teammates will also be joining an initiative that has only just gotten started; we have far more questions than answers--even as new challenges appear each day. Candidates must be hungry for perspective when forming their product hypotheses and relentless in driving those hypotheses toward tangible results.



Responsibilities:

- Define business problems, goals, and product solutions of TikTok Ads Integrity that keep our users from violated Ads

- Design strategies that can better balance the goal of risk control and revenue growth

- Learn from users' feedback, case analysis, and measurements to find new opportunities

- Continuously incorporate cross-functional teams and drive the team's success
