Job Description
As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial recordkeeping for the firm’s diverse client accounts. Your responsibilities will include categorizing transactions, reconciling accounts, reviewing financial statements, and identifying discrepancies. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately categorize financial transactions and reconcile accounts in QuickBooks Online and Accounting CS
- Meticulously review and analyze financial statements to maintain data integrity
- Conduct thorough research and properly record unusual transactions
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in client accounts with precision
- Uphold stringent quality standards in all bookkeeping activities
Requirements
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Accounting CS software
- Proven experience with bookkeeping for US-based accounting firms
- Exceptional attention to detail and unwavering commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
