Talent Acquisition Assistant
📍 Corporate Office – On-site in Knoxville, TN
Functional Pathways is a leading contract therapy provider that partners with senior living communities across the country. We’re on a mission to create meaningful connections between talented therapists and the communities that need them most — and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and resourceful Recruiting Assistant to join our corporate team in Knoxville, TN.
What You’ll Do
As a Recruiting Assistant, you’ll be the engine that keeps our recruitment team running smoothly. From posting jobs and coordinating interviews to creating marketing materials and onboarding students, your work will directly impact our ability to attract and hire top talent. Expect your days to include a mix of:
- Managing job postings, candidate communication, and interview scheduling.
- Preparing offer letters, bonus agreements, and ensuring licensure compliance.
- Creating eye-catching flyers, email campaigns, and recruiting promotions.
- Coordinating school partnerships, career fairs, and recruiting events.
- Supporting our student placement program and onboarding process.
- Running reports, maintaining recruiting data, and keeping our team organized.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Tech-savvy (bonus if you’ve worked with Paycom, Canva, Constant Contact, or similar tools).
- Creative mindset with an eye for marketing and outreach.
- Team player who’s flexible, resourceful, and eager to learn.
