Job Description

Coffman Engineers is seeking a seasonal Administrative Intern for our growing Raleigh office. The successful applicant will have exceptional interpersonal skills, including excellent customer service and can-assist demeanor. Applicants must be able to perform multiple tasks at the same time with a high degree of accuracy, work independently as well as collaborate and contribute as part of a team, and possess exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

Requirements Include:

• Enrolled as a full-time student at a nationally recognized, accredited college
• Two years of required courses completed towards Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Ability to work up to 40 hours during the summer break. Flexibility for school schedule/demands will be provided
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and Access
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
