The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:
What You Will Do:
The Enterprise Services Business Solutions organization is seeking a strong candidate to join our energetic and fast-paced team. The Corporate Card Team Lead position will play a crucial role in overseeing the internal customer service development, implementation, and management of an organization's card programs. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Customer support: Providing customer support to card users and acting as a point-of-contact for all program inquiries and suggestions. The ideal candidate for this role typically has a strong background in card networking, excellent project management skills, and a strategic mindset. They should also have experience with corporate travel and credit cards, and knowledge of member behaviors regarding card usage.
- Program Administration: Manage the full lifecycle of the corporate card program, including issuing new cards, handling replacements, and canceling cards for terminated as outlined by RTX policies and procedures.
- Ensuring compliance: Adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards for card programs.
- Reporting and Data analysis: Monitoring program performance through data analysis and reporting to make informed decisions.
- Risk management: Identifying and mitigating program risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Act as point of contact for card-related inquires, providing training, support, and troubleshooting for cardholders, internal departments, and program administrators.
- Vendor management: Managing relationships with card issuers, payment processors, and third-party vendors.
- People Leadership: Oversee and train onshore and offshore staff
Qualifications You Must Have:
- This role typically requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, business or related field and 5 or more years of relevant experience gained in largescale corporate finance setting or an advanced degree and 3 years relevant experience. In the absence of a degree 9 years of relevant applicable experience may be considered
- At least 3 years’ experience managing the full lifecycle of the corporate card program, including issuing new cards, handling replacements, and canceling cards for terminated employees as outlined by RTX policies and procedures also to include payment card industry (PCI) standards, and internal controls
- At least 3 years’ experience with and knowledge of SAP financial processes and reporting tools
- Expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and expense management combined with the ability to manage risk, identify potential fraud, and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) excellent communication and training skills to provide user support and educate cardholders
- Strong computer skills, including the Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Analysis for Office, Word, Excel, Power Point and Access)
- Knowledge banking regulations and tools
