The Role

The Manager Information Security is a leadership position in the Global Security Services organization responsible for leading a security team in protecting the integrity, confidentiality and availability of information assets and supporting key business initiatives. The Manager leads architecture and risk teams who are responsible for delivering security requirements and guidance to ensure compliance with corporate policy, customer requirements, NIST, ISO, and industry standards and best practices. 

 

The Main Responsibilities

• Drives beneficial security change into the business through the review of business priorities to ensure that they meet requirements for security, mitigate risks,  and conform to the relevant security standards. 
• Acts as liaison between the business and technology from a security perspective, maintains an overview of the environment as a whole and its security aspects, understands business strategy and how it relates to security strategy, and ultimately drives positive change at all levels of the business. 
• Supports vendor relationships by working with Procurement and appropriate business partners on requirements and success criteria.  Supports development of business case and approval process. 
• Delivers guidelines, best practices, and direction on security standards/policies and roadmaps. 
• Manages and provides support to Security Review process by assisting with questions and projects. Work with business units and partners as needed. 
• Partner with business stakeholders to set the course for secure practices with existing and future products and features.

What We Look For in a Candidate

• At least 5 years of experience in information security, 2 years of managing projects / people role.
• Strong knowledge of information security principles, practices, and technologies.
• Demonstrate knowledge of security technologies, trends, leading practices, and regulatory requirements and government security standards such as FedRAMP and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) standards, along with best practices such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), NIST 800-171, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001-27002 and other applicable security and privacy laws.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges:

$103,711 - $138,281 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.
$108,896 - $145,195 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.
$114,082 - $152,109 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
