Director of Business Development - Accounting & Finance

UWorld is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic professional to join our team as the Director of Business Development - Accounting & Finance. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth in the accounting and finance sector.

As the Director of Business Development, you will be leading a team to identify new business opportunities, establishing relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiating partnership agreements. You will also be responsible for monitoring industry trends, staying up-to-date with new regulations, and providing strategic guidance to ensure UWorld's continued success in the accounting and finance market.

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record in business development, preferably within the accounting and finance industry. You should have strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Additionally, you should have a keen interest in the education sector and a passion for helping students succeed.

Requirements

Required Experience and Skills:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, preferably within the accounting and finance industry
• Proven track record of successfully identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Strong leadership abilities and the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations
• Keen interest in the education sector and a passion for helping students succeed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Prior experience in the education industry
• Existing network of contacts within the accounting and finance sector
