The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager with a strong background in the sports industry to drive growth in France and Southern Europe. This role focuses on acquiring and developing clients in the sports vertical—including clubs, leagues, venues, and event organizers.

You’ll manage the full sales cycle and collaborate with presales, product, marketing, and services teams to craft solutions that elevate fan experiences. A strong network in the sports sector and an understanding of its commercial needs are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet revenue and bookings objectives for the SECUTIX sports market across Southern Europe Region
• Build lasting relationships with clubs, stadiums, and federations
• Align SECUTIX solutions with the goals of sports organizations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success
• Provide accurate forecasting and contribute to strategic planning

Your Profile

• 10+ years of B2B revenue generation and/or sales experience towards the sports industry at both national and international level.
• Experience working with sports clubs, leagues, federation or venues
• Understanding of ticketing, CRM, or fan engagement technologies
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
• Fluent in French and English; other languages like Italian or Spanish will be a plus
• Willing to travel within the region
