Your Opportunity:
DynaMedex is a leading online evidence-based point-of-care medical reference whose mission is to provide the most useful information to healthcare professionals at the point of care to improve health outcomes worldwide. The DynaMedex Team consists of over 100 professional medical writers and editors including practicing clinicians who collaborate with a large network of clinical experts across the globe to create content based on the most current medical evidence and clinical practice guidelines from professional medical organizations.
The Senior Editorial Operations Assistant will support all day-to-day editorial activities related to currency of clinical practice guidelines, including monitoring of guideline organizations through manual and automated workflows, supportting the editorial team in the triage and incorporation of clinical practice guidelines into DynaMedex content, generation of clinical practice guideline records for tracking, and creation and distribution of reports of guideline metrics to stakeholders. In addition, the Senior Editorial Operations Assistant will track editorial progress on creation and maintenance of DynaMedex content and other editorial work, create and distribute progress reports to DynaMedex and Clinical Decisions stakeholders, and perform specific editorial tasks as needed.
This is a remote/hybrid position with options to work fully remotely or come to our office in Ipswich, MA.

About you:
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years relevant experience.
- ≥ 3 years’ experience working in an office setting.
- High proficiency with Microsoft suite of tools, especially Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Facile with learning new software programs.
- Ability to work in a team environment and report on completed assignments.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under time constraints.
- Ability to follow projects through to completion.

What you will do:
- Support day-to-day operations ofDynaMedex and Clinical Decisions editorial teams by providing monitoring of guideline organizations through established manual and automated workflows.
- Support DynaMedex editorial team in the triaging and integration of clinical practice guidelines into DynaMedex content.
- Generate clinical practice guideline records for tracking. Curate and maintain internal databases of clinical practice guidelines used in DynaMedex and Clinical Decisions products.
- Create and distribute periodic reports of guideline metrics to DynaMedex and Clinical Decisions stakeholders.
- Track editorial progress on creation and maintenance of DynaMedex content and other editorial work. Create and distribute reports on progress to DynaMedex and Clinical Decisions stakeholders.
- Perform specific editorial tasks as needed
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our editorial team.
