Physical Therapist/Physical Therapist Assistant- Consistent PRN/Part Time

HTS is currently seeking a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant for a consistent PRN position at our partner continuing care retirement facility located in Franklin. This role offers approximately 15 to 20 hours per week, with the potential to transition into a full-time position in the near future. We can offer a very flexible schedule and consistent hours if desired. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in a continuing care retirement facility.

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.

- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn an Indiana License, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
