We are looking for a detail-oriented corporate travel manager and T&E administrator to manage an efficient corporate travel program that meets the fast-paced nature of our business. You will implement and enforce effective corporate travel policies and monitor traveling activity and programs. You will need to maintain and build relationships with airlines and hotels so that our employees have a smooth travel experience and the company is responsible about travel spend. You’ll work closely with the Finance team to ensure that travel spend is budgeted and charged correctly, and also with the People team to ensure that candidates, new hires, and existing employees have a seamless travel experience.
A corporate travel manager doesn’t just handle travel arrangements. You should be a strategic thinker and able to create travel policies according to the company’s needs. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Plan, develop and implement a corporate travel policy
- Track and manage the overall travel policy
- Manage and supervise all travel arrangements
- Maintain trustworthy relationships with travel agencies and vendors
- Negotiate contracts with travel service providers
- Manage group bookings
- Provide reports on travel to the finance and leadership teams
- Ensure compliance with different relevant travel policies and procedures
- Suggest improvement and innovation in travel programs
- T&E system management including proper account classification for expense reimbursements and corporate card transactions
- Manage corporate card program and assist employees where needed
- Work closely with T&E system support to streamline processes and roll out new features
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous working experience as corporate travel manager for 4+ years
- Hands-on experience with international travel regulations and currencies
- 4+ years of experience with T&E reporting and processing
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CTM/GDS solutions
- Good time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical-thinker and problem-solver

- You like to build and enjoy iterating on things quickly
- You have a strong bias for action and like to work with high autonomy
