Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product information, order updates, and resolving issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update databases with relevant information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Process returns, exchanges, and other service requests according to company policies.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and areas for improvement.
