Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

You will work as a postdoc part of a small research team exploring thin film conductive oxides for various applications.  You will be responsible for the electrical characterization and performance evaluation of devices created in our research cleanroom for these applications. The work will include establishing the testing set up, defining testing procedures, & writing test scripts. You will work closely with other team members to drive decisions on device material improvements and project directions. The work will include designing experimental splits, carrying out electrical measurements, analyzing data, and determining actionable conclusions from the studies.

Qualifications

Required:

• Ph.D. in physics, electrical engineering, or related field and 2+years of professional experience 
• Expertise in semiconductor device physics
• Extensive programming and scripting experience
• Proven ability to initiate and complete scientific studies
• History of publications in peer reviewed journals

Skills:

• Strong electrical measurement, data analysis, and device physics skills
• Good collaboration and presentation skills
