About the role
Temporary position for six (6) months, with the possibility of becoming a permanent role based on performance and operational needs.
The Condominium Association is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance / Janitorial Technician to support the daily upkeep and overall appearance of the property. This position combines general cleaning responsibilities with basic maintenance tasks to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents and guests.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general janitorial duties, including cleaning common areas, amenity spaces, offices, restrooms, elevators, and other shared areas
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the property
- Perform basic drywall repairs, including patching and touch-ups
- Assist with minor concrete repairs and surface touch-up work
- Handle basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting (e.g., lighting, minor fixtures)
- Perform basic plumbing repairs and routine maintenance
- Assist with preventative maintenance tasks as assigned
- Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and supply needs to management promptly
- Help maintain the overall appearance, cleanliness, and functionality of the property
- Work collaboratively with management and team members to address daily operational needs
- Follow all safety procedures, guidelines, and building policies
- Respond to routine maintenance and cleaning priorities as needed
