Job Description:
Parsons is looking for a talented Senior OSINT Trainer and Tradecraft SME to join our growing team!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage and deliver OSINT training through an LMS application that enhances current training via virtual delivery, synthetic environments, and Mobile Training Teams.
- Provide full support for Learning Management System through virtual training environments and identify opportunities to expand delivery at multiple locations as approved by the government.
- Provide the ability to log and monitor training activities so that instructors and administration personnel can verify that students have conducted their OSINT training activities in accordance with the mandated TTPs.
- Coordinate with PM to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with Intelligence Community partners, academic institutions, commercial vendors, foreign mission partners, and other stakeholders to address IC issues, facilitate knowledge sharing, joint training initiatives, and integrate best practices to enhance OSINT capabilities across the Enterprise.
- Provide full scope training on advanced OSINT methodologies using a variety of paid for or publicly available data sets and capabilities that focus on the identification, analysis, and exploitation of PAI/CAI.
- Provide technical expertise to the Government by conducting research, analysis, and coordination of strategy, policy, and doctrine. Deliver strategic and conceptual guidance to customer and conduct novel, systematic analyses to improve and enhance OSINT activities.
- Conduct data assembly and analysis; participate in focus groups; prepare draft documents and presentations; and coordinate work among project team members.
- Support intelligence sharing, integration, and coordination efforts. Advance key intelligence and information sharing projects through effective agency collaboration in a timely manner.
- Research, author, and coordinate threat assessments to the senior leadership, develop and maintain analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations, support development and analysis of intelligence products, present analysis or products to customers, and support policy and procedures development for agency, interagency, or community wide support.
- Manage budgets and financial resources for OSINT training programs and Virtual Environment/LMS implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and compliance with financial policies.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelors & 15+ years of related experience, Masters & 10+ years of experience, or PhD or JD and 6+ years of experience. Additional years of experience can count in lieu of a degree, and vice versa. Additional flexibility pending Customer approval.
- Active TS/SCI Clearance with Counterintelligence Polygraph
- Ability to provide intelligence support for contingency operations, battle staff and operational-level planning, joint and multi-lateral training exercises, and strategic engagement policy throughout the Areas of Operational Responsibility (AOR) and Areas of Interest (AOI) to include analysis and research for industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerability.
- Ability to monitor and analyze all strategic and operational aspects of political, military, and economic developments for the countries in the AORs and AOIs. Knowledge to assess future and on-going political-military developments, military capabilities and doctrine, weapons acquisitions, and employment of military forces within each country (including the U.S.).
Security Clearance Requirement:
