Job Title: Business Process Specialist

AttainX is seeking a detail-oriented Business Process Specialist to enhance process improvement, operational efficiency, and workflow optimization within USCIS Data Strategy Support Services 3 (DSSS 3). This role is pivotal in analyzing business operations and recommending solutions to improve productivity and streamline case processing. Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, process engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business process analysis, workflow improvement, or process automation.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or business process modeling methodologies preferred.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to implement process enhancements.
• Proficiency in process modeling, gap analysis, and change management practices.
• Capacity to work independently in a hybrid/remote setting and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Excellent Writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail with an ability to operate effectively across multiple priorities.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen able to obtain a security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Preferably have USCIS background and client experience.
• Knowledge of federal data policies, compliance requirements, and governance frameworks (e.g., FISMA, OMB M-19-18, Federal Data Strategy).

Duties:

• Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process optimization strategies.
• Support the development and implementation of workflow automation and data-driven decision-making tools.
• Collaborate with USCIS leadership to evaluate and refine adjudicative and administrative processes.
• Assist in creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation for workflow standardization.
• Identify and assess data sources to enhance process efficiency and improve decision-making.
• Contribute to process modeling, gap analysis, and change management initiatives.
