Test Automation Software Engineer (Mid/Senior) - Lisbon Based (Hybrid-model)

Are you passionate about driving innovation in testing and optimizing workflows through automation? We're looking for a Test Automation Software Engineer to lead our efforts in creating, maintaining, and enhancing test assets while mentoring junior team members.

Tasks

📂 Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.

🔧 Enhance our Test Factory with innovative solutions for continuous improvement.

🚀 Ensure seamless execution of tests via CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).

🌟 Guide and train junior team members in test automation best practices.

• Design and implementation of automated test cases for APIs and Frontend.
• Analyze defects and ensure the robustness of automated tests.
• Maintain operational integrity of test cases to support ongoing execution.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipeline scripts (e.g., Jenkins Jobs, GitLab workflows).
• Collaborate within an Agile team environment to enhance project outcomes.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

📅 3+ years of experience in test automation.

📌 Solid expertise in RobotFramework.

🔗 Proficiency in automated API and Frontend testing.

🔄 Strong knowledge of CI/CD chains (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins).

🌍 Fluency in English.

Nice to Have:

🐍 Experience in Python development.

📋 Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

🎯 Experience with Jira/Xray.

🇫🇷 Fluency in French.

Deliverables:
