Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager with expertise in CRM to lead the development and execution of our customer relationship management strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the CRM landscape, as well as the ability to translate customer and market insights into actionable product plans throughout the customer lifecycle. Your focus will be to drive impact and automation to reach our millions of customers, in such areas as:

  • Raising customer awareness
  • Increasing customer acquisition
  • Creating stronger engagement
  • Working on ultra-personalization efforts
  • Increasing conversion
  • Retaining and rewarding our customers
  • Re-engaging site visitors

As a key member of the digital product team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the digital product roadmap for our CRM efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals, and delivering a world-class user experience for our site customers. This will include owning product feature prioritization and making decisions that will optimize towards growing revenue and improving customer experience. You will help scale the platform's capabilities, validate hypotheses via testing, analysis, and research, and iterate from MVP to more extensible versions. You will define requirements, measure key results, track experiments, and frequently roll out new features. You will be data-driven and make decisions accordingly.


You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and customer support, to bring products to market and drive growth. Your goals will not be easy to achieve; they should inspire and motivate the team to think big. You will be driving significant business impact and will be compensated for that.

You understand how product teams work, are comfortable with a fast pace, and manage many concurrent efforts. You have experience working with a large cross-functional team. Most of all, you love solving hard technical, product, and people challenges to make a difference in the lives of other people.

You are expected to drive forward workstreams and initiatives with minimal guidance. You can communicate effectively with team leaders & Directors; understanding when, and to whom communications are required. This requires practicing clear, succinct top-down communication that provides your leadership with clear direction on decisions required so issues are framed appropriately to the audience’s point of view.

What you’ll be doing at Zenni:

  • Lead the development and execution of the CRM product strategy and roadmap
  • Conduct customer and market research to identify new product opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features, balancing customer needs with technical feasibility and business goals
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs, and use data-driven insights to inform product decisions
  • Develop detailed product requirements, business cases, and product launch plans
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products
  • Conduct regular user testing to validate product concepts and validate product-market fit
  • Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
  • Communicate product vision and status to senior leadership and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest web technologies, industry trends, and user behaviors to inform product strategy and development.
