• Responsibilities. Responsible for working with a team of product managers and developers to bring our information technology (IT) products to market, including creating IT product release plans that ensure teams develop software solutions using ADP's cloud-based Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning-enhanced payroll, HR, talent, and benefits solutions. Work with teams to understand responsibilities, identify any issues, and communicate priorities. Collaborate across multiple teams, including developers, other product managers, and User Experience (UX), to continually drive innovation and make the product the best it can be. Work with the UX teams on client experience journeys to delivering new features, product enhancements, and creating new services. Gain experience with measuring product effectiveness, reporting outcomes, and driving priorities critical to create a product roadmap. Closely monitor market trends, anticipate our customers' next questions, and bring new ideas into the mix. Utilize experience to take the product into the marketplace and position it competitively for maximum financial benefit. Document and prioritize product features and learn and research new industry trends to make products better.

 

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related Engineering disciplines, or related field of study plus seven (7) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and five (5) years of related experience.
• Work Experience. Three (3) years of experience must include: Product Management; Agile; Roadmapping; Data Analysis; Release Planning; Stakeholder Management; and Forecasting and Measuring.
