REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lead IT Procurement, Vendor Management and Mobility Services across all of the areas that are in Scope (End User Technology, End User Enterprise Software, IT professional Services and Mobile Services)
• Proven experience optimizing processes and workflows via automation to generate cost savings and/or business value
• Ability to manage competing expectations across global stakeholders (US, LATAM, EMEA APAC)
• Ability to manage a global team of direct reports
• Proven experience in vendor management across multiple areas of support. Including but not limited to, vendor performance monitoring, supplier development planning, and ongoing relationship management in partnership with relevant stakeholders
  • Specific experience in Enterprise Technology and Mobility preferred
• Experience in and a solid understanding of end-to-end procurement process mgmt.
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
• Complete ownership and management of Mobile Device Management architecture and engineering.
• Overseeing Mobile Device Management Architecture and Projects
• Overseeing the continued analysis of the MDM environment, creation of road maps for upgrades, new features and rollouts with regards to AirWatch and Intune.
• Responsible for managing and overseeing Mobility Engineering initiatives. 
• Responsible for managing the design, testing, implementation, and security solutions surrounding infrastructure designs
• Knowledge of ServiceNow and/or Procure to Pay system
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable Processes and relevant dependencies with Procurement Operations
• Ability to work on multiple initiatives at once across different partners to help plan and drive key initiatives both internationally and domestically
• Ability to obtain buy in from leadership and stakeholders to drive global alignment
• Experience in Mobility Services (operational and strategic)
• Ability to document and enforce policies that ensure alignment with NBCU strategic initiatives
• Experience reviewing/negotiating vendor contracts in collaboration with legal and stakeholders
• Ability to review and draft IT statements of work (SOW) aligned to business needs and requirements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced role to facilitate support across all of our internal clients globally

Qualifications

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in strategic sourcing or procurement
• 3+ years’ experience in Airwatch or similar MDM platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Skilled practitioner in strategies for creating a competitive environment, including experience leading request for proposal (RFP) processes and conducting commercial & contract negotiations
• Strong business acuity, including understanding and practical application of relevant market/industry trends
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment and to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
