We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about understanding client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and consistently achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and in-person meetings

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions in CRM systems

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience

• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or business development (2+ years preferred)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a results-driven approach

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
