Purpose of Role

We are looking for a Sr. Executive Assistant to support the President of the Americas Region in their daily administrative duties and beyond. The ideal candidate will be organized, energetic, proactive, and passionate about the Under Armour brand. The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing the Executive’s day-to-day calendar, be able to work under pressure, and have the willingness to go - at times- above and beyond their outlined duties. This is a fast-paced, highly interactive role where you will partner closely with our Executive Leadership Team. 

Your Impact

  • Develops and maintains an inventory of critical projects, including management of project timelines and deliverables. 
  • Provides coordination, orchestration, oversight and guidance for projects and commitments critical to the organization and acts as a liaison between top management, employees, and other stakeholders.
  • Orders and maintains supplies and arranges for equipment maintenance for team.
  • Plans and directs administrative, financial (departmental budget and expense reporting) and operational activities for the Executive including taking leadership of initiated projects.
  • Anticipate the needs of the Executive who operates at a rapid pace alongside an entrepreneurial leader. 
  • Creates agendas for key meetings, ensures follow-up on actions items, and manages complex calendar scheduling.
  • Works with ELT admins and other department admins to schedule meetings, align executives’ calendars, and stay up to date on what is happening cross functionally 
  • Assists in prioritizing each day with appropriate details, meetings, and important tasks.
  • Manages all calls, key contacts, and internal and external interactions with influential players throughout the industry in a professional, confident manner.
  • Plans and coordinates U.S. and international travel and builds organized, detailed trip itineraries.
  • Provides support as necessary to the Leadership team, including coordination of global team meetings.
  • Builds and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Travels and attends meetings as needed.
  • Responds to sensitive and highly confidential information with absolute discretion and tact.
  • Prepares outgoing emails to executive’s organization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of applicable experience.
  • 8+ years of Executive Assistant/Project Management experience.
  • Proven ability to participate in highly confidential discussions and maintain the complete trust of all those with whom he or she interacts.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships within and outside of the organization. 
  • Ability to pay attention to detail and to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects while producing quality work and meeting deadlines.
  • Able to make decisions with minimal direction and possess a service-oriented mindset.
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.  Experience working for either a start-up or high-growth organization is a plus.
     

Workplace Location

  • Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore office.
  • Return to Work Designation: 3 days week in-office, the remainder of work week remote.

Base Compensation

 

 $29.74 - $40.89 USD
