Responsibilities
Team Management Support
- Contributes to team experience activities. Collaborates with Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) to support recruitment efforts. Supports onboarding and offboarding efforts. Maintains and manages headcount activities.
Travel Management
- Book business travel and logistics to ensure scheduling of all meetings based on itinerary
Calendar Management, Meeting Logistics, Events
- Provide strategic calendar and time planning support for leader(s). Own the coordination, logistics, and direction of team events. Helps to execute on business cadence around the Rhythm of Business.
Budget and Forecast
- Manage & track discretionary spend across team and provide reporting as needed. Assist with expense report creation on behalf of your leader and act as interim approver.
Discipline Growth and Development
- Actively participates in the Business Support community to mentor colleagues. Support onboarding and training of new Business Support staff. Documents and shares best practices and insights.
Project Ownership
- Executes various projects and tasks and completes project deliverables with little or no supervision. Streamlines processes and provides process improvement suggestions.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years Administrative, Business Support, and/or customer service experience
- OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year(s) experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).
- Associate's/Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology)
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and basic administration work.
