The Logitech for Business group takes products from concept to production. We are looking for team members and technologies that can help us reinvent the enterprise environment.
The Lead Electrical Engineer is responsible for exploring new technologies, designing new hardware, validating and debugging, and bringing products to mass production and to our customers.

Concept: Work with the cross functional team/vendor to come out the outline of electrical as well as Compliance design based on Product specification
Simulation: Utilized the simulation tool to identify the risk areas that need to be highlighted.
Design:Reviewed/Created electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and system layouts using CAD software.
Troubleshooting: Identify root causes of design failures and develop cost-effective mitigation strategies
Compliance Testing: Perform EMC Testing including Radiated and Conducted Emissions, Immunity, ESD, and Identify root causes of compliance failures and develop cost-effective mitigation strategies (e.g., adding filters, ferrites, or modifying shielding).
Pilot built supported if needed
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
Background in Electrical Engineering or Physics
10 year+ electronics product design process
Familiar with Simulation tool such as Cadence Sigirity or ANSYS Familiar with all kind of Electrical Engineering tool such as soldering machine, power supply, Oscillation Scope and so son
Proficiency with high-end diagnostic and troubleshooting equipment including Spectrum Analyzer, EMI receiver, VNA and Signal Generator
Mastery of global standards such as FCC (USA), ISED (Canada), CE Mark (Europe), and KC (Korea). This includes specific knowledge of Korean Radio Certification and FCC Certification protocols,Layout review
Experienced using computational modeling tools like ANSYS HFSS, CST Studio Suite, or FEKO to predict EMI issues before physical prototyping.
Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex regulatory requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
Experienced with high speed standards, such as USB, MIPI, HDMI, DisplayPort, RGMII and PCIe EMC testing
Experience with long cable like USB, HDMI and Coaxial cable EMC testing
Works well with others
Interested in technology and keeping at the forefront of technology
Compensation:
This position offers an annual base salary typically between $144,000 and $200,000. In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
