IT Infrastructure Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Administer field delivery for the end user devices and hoteling stations and providing reports about the on-boarding of the new hires as well as hoteling stations at various client sites.
• Gather requirements for hardware (routers, switches, servers, workstations, etc.) and software (licenses) to support the increase of employees and provide additional hoteling stations.
• Provide field operations and/or help desk operations.
• Provide PC imaging/deployment and support activities.
• To provide assistance on networking aspects (firewall, routers, switches) and support activities.
• Understanding of call center operations and process improvement efforts to optimize services.
• Experience in technology capacity planning activities.
• Provide project management and administrative support for hiring new employees.

Skills required:

• Excellent understanding of firewall, routers, switches.
• Excellent understanding of Microsoft Technologies, Windows Servers (2008, 2012 & 2016).
• Extensive knowledge of IP, WAN, LAN & Wifi Networking.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in a command center or call center environment.
• Candidates must meet requirements to obtain and maintain a Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) clearance (active Moderate Risk MBI clearance is a plus).

Minimum Eligibility: US Citizenship/Green Card holder (GC at least 3+ Years)
