Sounds promising, right?</p> <h3>Requirements</h3> <p><strong>This is a great opportunity to join our exciting and growing team whilst being immediately based in a client-facing role; responsibilities for this role include:-</strong></p> <p><br/></p> <ul><li>Hands-on leadership of our Data Practice.</li><li>Analyse the existing data management and technological platforms.</li><li>Collect and prioritise regulatory, technical or IT-technical data quality and data security requirements.</li><li>Build management reports of the highest quality or data products that will be used to generate revenues.</li><li>Build trust in key reports used by senior management or the regulator to steer the company.</li><li>Build state-of-the-art data platforms on-premise or in the cloud.</li><li>Receive the opportunity to meet different clients and execute projects.</li><li>Play an instrumental role in fostering communication between data providers and data consumers.</li></ul> <p><br/></p> <p><strong>Sound good? These are the skills you will need/develop to be successful:</strong></p> <ul><li>Develop and understand client data strategy, challenges, and translation to project goals.</li><li>Organise the translation of business requirements into data-driven solutions.</li><li>Able to transform operating models into new and effective ways of working.</li><li>Create and implement a clear communication plan to provide transparency in the progress, findings, and results for senior stakeholders.</li><li>Create and follow up an end-to-end delivery plan to reach the project's objective.</li><li>Coordinate and drive implementation of data management foundations:</li><li>Data governance: data glossary, lineage.</li><li>Data technology and tooling: metadata management, data lakes, cloud-based platforms.</li><li>Data analytics: data science, revenue-generating data products.</li><li>Fluency in English</li><li>Proficiency in French or Dutch is needed.</li></ul> <p><br/></p> <p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p> <ul><li>Knowledge of common data management frameworks like DAMA, EDMCouncil and others is considered a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of data governance platforms (Collibra, Informatica) and data analytics platforms (Hadoop, Snowflake) would be great!</li><li>Experience with regulatory data requirements (BCBS 239, KYC, GDPR), data analytics or reporting is considered a plus.</li><li>You have at least 5 years' experience as a business consultant or in an advisory role.</li><li>You have a passion for data and its added value for the customer and a strong desire to transform our customer's data culture into a data culture.</li></ul> <p><br/></p> <p><strong>Ok, I'm interested; what can I expect?</strong></p> <ul><li>You'll work with highly skilled project and program managers to assist you with your projects and personal development.</li><li>No micro-management, no office politics, a clean flat structure.</li><li>Opportunities to develop new skills and progress your career in the direction you see fit.</li><li>A substantial annual training budget.</li><li>Good home work-life balance, a hybrid mix of office and home-based working.</li><li>We are a growing team in a fast-growing environment.
