You’ll own accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting automation, ensuring that our financial systems are reliable, compliant, and fast.
Your focus: hands-on execution combined with analytical insight — preparing IFRS group accounts, building budgets, and streamlining finance operations through automation and process discipline.
What You’ll Do

• Prepare annual group and statutory accounts under IFRS
• Lead and manage monthly closing, reporting, and audit preparation
• Build and maintain budgets, forecasts, and management reports
• Implement and automate reporting via Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power BI
• Review and optimize travel & expense reimbursement processes
• Support office management and daily operations in Berlin
• Identify and execute automation projects to reduce manual work
• Ensure financial accuracy, documentation quality, and process efficiency

Your profile

Must have

• 4–8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field
• Hands-on experience with IFRS accounting and group consolidation
• Proven experience preparing financial statements and leading audits
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI, and Excel
• Strong analytical mindset and structured, detail-oriented work style
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English (German a plus)
• Willingness to support office management and operations when needed

Nice to have

• Experience automating financial workflows or dashboards
• Familiarity with multi-entity setups or international subsidiaries
• Experience improving internal controls or accounting processes
• Knowledge of Power Automate, VBA, or other automation tools
