Senior Linux Systems Administrator
We are hiring a Senior Linux Systems Administrator to manage our 700+ Linux servers. The candidate should have experience with large-scale enterprise deployments, and will ensure compliance, security, and efficient operation using Ansible, Rundeck and ManageEngine tools.

What You’ll Do:
Design, implement, and manage our configuration management tools (i.e. Rundeck, ManageEngine) to ensure secure and efficient server management across the organization.
Develop and maintain policies, configurations, and compliance standards for Linux servers.
Create and manage server configuration profiles, applications, and updates to maintain a consistent user experience and ensure software is up-to-date.
Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to server builds, application deployment, and policy compliance.
Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to develop and maintain a comprehensive server management strategy, incorporating best practices and industry standards.
Assist in developing & maintaining documentation related to Rundeck and ManageEngine configurations, policies, and procedures.
Up to 10% travel.
What You’ll Bring:
In-depth knowledge of Linux operating systems administration.
Strong experience in managing Linux servers using configuration management tools including Ansible, Rundeck and ManageEngine (or other related technologies).
Familiarity with scripting languages including Bash, Shell, Python or similar.
Knowledge of security hardening practices using CIS security standards.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry best practices.
