We offer more than just the job - we offer a <strong>career-defining</strong> opportunity to be part of building something big!<br/><br/>As a cherry on top, we’ve recently raised <strong>$64M</strong> in Series A and are ready to reach new heights.<p>We’re looking for a hands-on <strong>Senior Data Center Networking Technician </strong>to support the build, deployment, and maintenance of our data center network infrastructure.</p><p>You’ll be responsible for racking, cabling, installing, and testing network equipment, ensuring deployments are fast, reliable, and built to a high standard. You’ll work closely with Network Engineering and Data Center Operations and teams to remediate technical debt, improve installation quality, and support the physical launch of new data centers and pods.</p><p>This is an on-site, execution-focused role for someone who enjoys working with hardware, troubleshooting physical network issues, and improving how large-scale network environments are built and maintained.</p><ul><li>Competitive cash and equity package, plus benefits (healthcare, lunch, wellbeing, etc.)</li><li>Profitable operations with rapid, sustained growth</li><li>A genuine once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join one of Finland’s few true explosive growth stories, shaping a category-defining AI cloud from the ground up</li><li>Work alongside world-class engineers, researchers, and partners across the global AI ecosystem</li><li>A small, high-performing team of around 70 people representing 27 nationalities</li></ul><ul><li><p><strong>Location:</strong> Helsinki, Finland</p></li><li><p><strong>Start Date: </strong>As soon as possible</p></li><li><p><strong>Contract Type: </strong>Full-time</p></li><li><p><strong>Working Language: </strong>English</p></li></ul><ul><li>Perform <strong>racking, cabling, and installation</strong> of network equipment in data centers.</li><li>Support <strong>network deployments</strong>, ensuring installations are fast and up to the standard</li><li>Collaborate with the Network and Data Center Ops teams to <strong>remediate technical debt across all data centers.</strong></li><li>Improve processes and bring fresh and critical perspective.</li><li>Assist with the <strong>physical launch of new data centers and pods</strong>, including onsite setup and infrastructure readiness.</li><li>Maintain and troubleshoot physical network infrastructure as needed.</li><li>Contribute to process improvements that improves quality of installations</li></ul><ul><li>Must be <strong>based in Finland</strong> (or willing to relocate).</li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>networking hardware</strong>, data center environments, or field technician work.</li><li>Ability to work physically on-site, including lifting, cabling, and hardware installation.</li><li>Cable management hands on experience, including:<ul><li>Fiber cable types, connectors types and their compatibility</li><li>Transceiver types/formats/etc. and compatibility</li><li>Patchpanels and cable organizers</li><li>Fiber optical test tools: light source power meters, fiber cleaning tools, OTDR knowledge</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot crossconnect failures, loopback testing procedure</li></ul></li></ul><em>Nice-to-haves</em><br/><ul><li><strong>4+ years </strong>of experience in networking, data center operations, or telecommunications.</li><li><strong>CCNA, JNCIA, JNCIA</strong> <strong>or equivalent</strong> proven networking knowledge.</li><li>Experience working in fast-paced, highly technical environments, telecom or hyper-scaler ideally</li><li>DWDM and optical basic knowledge</li></ul><br/><ul><li>Network installations are completed quickly, cleanly, and to a consistent standard.</li><li>Physical network technical debt across data centers is reduced.</li><li>New data centers and pods launch on time with reliable network infrastructure.</li><li>Fewer installation-related issues through improved processes and standards.</li><li>Strong collaboration with Network and Data Center Operations teams, with minimal supervision needed.</li></ul><strong>1.
