The Opportunity:
This role is remote and can be based near any major city in the US. Pay will depend on where the person is based.
The Employee Relations team acts as a bridge between employees and Sephora with the intent to support the overall employee experience. Through functioning as a neutral resource, the ER team serves to drive consistency and fairness, assess workplace culture, ensure compliance with company policies, investigate employee concerns and provide consultative support on escalated employee issues. The ER team also supports all employees with mediation, dispute resolution, and recommends strategies to consistently improve upon the employee experience at Sephora.
Job Summary
Reporting into Sr. Director, Employee Relations, the ER Partner, Asset Protection is responsible for conducting investigations, handling workplace disputes, and providing subject matter expertise for employee concerns supporting the Asset Protection group. Additionally, the ER Partner, Asset Protection will stay current on employment laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of investigations and processes.
Key Responsibilities

Investigations (40%)
Conduct confidential investigations related to workplace complaints and policy violations; recommend appropriate actions based on findings. -
Employee Support (30%)
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution. Provide guidance and make recommendations on employment matters. -
Data Analysis & Insights (10%)
Analyze trends and collaborate with key partners to identify solutions for recurring issues. -
Policy Training (10%)
Deliver guidance and training to managers and employees on policy compliance and best practices. -
Project Support (10%)
Assist with internal projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications
Experience
- 4+ years in Retail Multi-unit Employee Relations
- 2+ years conducting and managing workplace investigations
- 3+ years in conduct and performance management
- Asset Protection experience a plus
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)

- Strong written and verbal communication
- Problem-solving, mediation, and conflict resolution
- Ability to build and maintain interpersonal relationships
The annual base salary range for this position is $114,300.00 - $135,660.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
