Salesforce Architect, Experience Cloud

West Monroe is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Solution Architect specializing in Salesforce Experience Cloud. The successful candidate will lead workstreams on projects aimed at delivering robust Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions. This role demands a thorough understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and development. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Elicit and document system requirements from clients and stakeholders. 

• Develop and document comprehensive solution designs and architectures. 

• Oversee configuration and development workstreams focused on Salesforce Experience Cloud. 

• Facilitate client requirements and design sessions. 

• Prepare detailed solution architecture and design documentation. 

• Configure Salesforce Experience Cloud to align with client requirements. 

• Lead and mentor a team of developers and Business Analysts throughout the project lifecycle. 

Qualifications: 

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience with Salesforce, particularly with Salesforce Experience Cloud. 

• Demonstrated ability to conduct client requirements and design sessions. 

• Expertise in preparing solution architecture and design documentation. 

• Proven hands-on experience in configuring Salesforce Experience Cloud. 

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor developers and Business Analysts. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

Preferred Skills: 

• Experience in the Banking/Financial Services industry, including business processes and banking technology. 

• Experience with designing integrations to and from the Salesforce Platform. 

Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role can vary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices (see table below). Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity.

Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees will also receive unlimited flexible time off and ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Ten weeks of paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of one year of employment.
