Sales Administrator – Financing & Customer Support

Do you have experience in banking, financing, or customer service? Are you organized, detail-driven, and ready to take your skills into a growing, fast-paced sales environment?

BathWorks, Michigan’s exclusive Jacuzzi® bath replacement company, is expanding! As our sales team grows across the state, we’re building out our Sales Administration team to support customers through financing, loan coordination, and backend sales operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Guide customers through financing applications, loan paperwork, and payment plans with professionalism and clarity

• Serve as a key liaison between customers, lenders, and our sales team

• Ensure accuracy in financial documents, contracts, and compliance-related materials

• Maintain and update reports, spreadsheets, and CRM systems (Ingage, Leap, i360, Google Sheets, etc.)

• Support day-to-day sales operations including licensing, scheduling, and sales materials

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has experience in banking, financing, loans, or customer service

• Is proficient in spreadsheets, data entry, and reporting tools

• Communicates clearly and confidently with both customers and internal teams

• Loves staying organized and takes pride in accurate paperwork

• Works well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with changing priorities
