Job Overview

As an Associate Product Manager (Peripheral Intervention Oncology), you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for an assigned product or market segment. You will lead market insight efforts to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics, translating these insights into actionable marketing plans. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including supply, operations, regulatory, sales, and R&D to ensure successful market penetration. Your responsibilities will include managing product lifecycle, creating compelling marketing materials, and driving customer engagement through innovative campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a background in medical device marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

This opportunity provides flexibility to work on-site in our Vernon Hills, IL or Tempe, AZ office 4 days weekly and Fridays remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Function as a subject matter expert for core teams, sales, and regions

  • Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business strategic goals and objectives.

  • Create promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate interest among potential customers.

  • Conduct market research, as needed, to inform assessment of global market opportunities, product concepts, design iterations, and clinical and economic value propositions

  • Utilize data analytics to formulate and adapt key commercial strategies

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain to align product strategies across all aspects of the organization.

  • Analyze customer feedback and data on product usage to identify areas for improvement and growth.

  • Build out global launch and commercialization plans to support downstream launch excellence 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required with a focus in marketing, business administration, or relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in product management or a related discipline; experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industries is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
