AWS Infrastructure is looking for an experienced Manager of Program Management to develop a new Reverse Logistics organization for AWS. This individual will be responsible for participating in strategic design, capability expansion, and building a small team to deliver a best in class Reverse Logistics service. The manager will help lead the way to greener practices as we develop a more circular economy for AWS and our customers.
This leader will work cross-functionally across multiple business units (engineering, legal, finance, supply chain, and sustainability) to deliver results.


Key job responsibilities
• Program manage across a multi-disciplined group of stakeholders
• Drive automation requirements to technical partners
• Self-Initiate project ideas and track to successful implementation
• Run continuous improvement projects spanning multiple geos/operations
• Develop and track best practices for global consistency
• Lead executive reviews on AWS Reverse Logistics
• Up to 25% travel required

Basic Qualifications


  • 3+ years of team management experience
  • 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Preferred Qualifications

  • - Master's Degree

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $119,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $222,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
