Lead Site Reliability Engineer

DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Maintain responsibility for privileged access and session management products, including the related production support and site reliability engineering teams. Perform privileged access management product reviews and plan related products. Ensure availability and stability of services used by customers and their applications. Drive proactive oversight with strategic observability enhancements, root cause analysis, an automation to improve efficiency and reduce business-impacting incidents. Lead engagements with senior stakeholders in engineering, audit, and controls teams as they relate to risk exposure of passwords and product adoption best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: 3- or 4-year Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field of study plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or as Lead Site Reliability Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, Software Engineer, IT Operations Associate, Systems Administrator, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: application and middleware support; Microsoft Active Directory services; Ansible (automation and configuration management tool); PowerShell scripting languages to automate tasks and manipulate data; handling critical application outages in a largescale operation and driving root cause analysis and remediation; Setting up monitoring, alerting, and triaging performance issues; Jenkins and GIT to support deployment pipelines; running SQL queries in MS SQL Server database; Agile project management.
