Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business objectives.

• Identify market opportunities through customer research and data-driven insights.

• Partner with engineering teams to ensure timely, high-quality product deliveries.

• Collaborate with client care and sales teams to translate customer feedback into actionable enhancements.

• Utilize agile frameworks for sprint planning, backlog management, and iterative development.

• Apply lean principles to validate product assumptions and deliver measurable results.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments to refine features.

• Track and analyze product success metrics to inform future decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven success in a Product Management role within a SaaS company.

• Demonstrated ability to launch products and improve outcomes in a metrics-driven environment.

• Solid understanding of software development processes and cloud-based infrastructures.

• Familiarity with APIs and modern development practices is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.

• Ability to foster a collaborative, results-driven environment.

• Proficiency in agile and lean product management principles.

• Experience using product management and analytics tools to make informed decisions.
