What You Will Do:

The Healthcare Revenue Management area focuses on assisting their clients with achieving the highest levels of efficiency, adapting core strategies to deal with dynamic market forces, optimizing the deployment of financial resources and managing the risks of ever present 'unknowns'. Revenue Management encompasses all administrative and clinical functions that contribute to the capture, management, and collection of patient service revenue. It involves core business processes that cross administrative, financial and clinical department boundaries. Revenue Management begins and ends with the patient. It is optimized and improved through strategic initiatives that are embraced by leadership and consider organizational strategy, people, process and enabling technologies.

Our Associate Directors have overall responsibility for project management, client management, solution design, and implementation and generation of engagement results, as well as working with client project leaders and effectively using change management strategies to guide the client through transformation efforts.

What You Will Need:

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle professional with full end-to-end revenue cycle expertise. The individual must have prior, hands-on responsibility for assessing, planning implementing and directing the transformation of key revenue cycle business processes. In addition to strong management skills, the candidate should possess a track record of successfully managing high performance, interdisciplinary teams to meet project milestones and achieving measurable performance outcomes.

  • Minimum of 8+ years progressive revenue cycle experience in a provider or a large physician-practice setting
  • Experience that encompasses all aspects of the revenue cycle process
  • Ability and proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of oral/written communications skills
  • Experience providing qualitative/quantitative skills in data analysis, modeling and dashboards
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Experience in project management
  • Bachelor’s Degree


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Revenue Cycle consulting experience
  • Experience with consolidated services, including revenue cycle, call centers and other corporate services in healthcare or other industries
  • Master’s degree, MHA or MBA
  • Revenue Cycle Certification: Certified Healthcare Financial Professional, Certified Healthcare Access
  • Manager, Registered Health Information Administrator

The annual salary range for this position is $144,400.00-$216,600.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
