Position Summary:

Louise's is seeking a personable, energetic, and professional Cocktail Server to join our dynamic team. The Cocktail Server will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests by providing detailed knowledge of our cocktail menu, offering recommendations, and ensuring a delightful guest experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the cocktail and beverage menu.

- Take orders accurately and provide insightful recommendations based on guests' preferences.

- Serve cocktails and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.

- Ensure that all drinks are prepared to the highest standard of quality and presentation.

- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and professionally.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area and serving stations.

- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.

- Work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless service experience.

- Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.

- Stay up-to-date on menu changes, special promotions, and events.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Cocktail Server or in a similar role in a high-volume restaurant or bar.

- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage service.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- A friendly and outgoing personality with a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays of drinks.

- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.

- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
