Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy food and beverage location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to all persons at the location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, storage, shipping, and exterior areas of the location to help identify unusual activity, access concerns, and/or policy violations.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and report observed maintenance, sanitation, and/or operational issues that could impact daily site operations.
• Support a professional presence at a food and beverage location by observing surroundings, assisting with directions and questions, and reporting security-related concerns according to site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
