Job Description Summary:

Are you looking to practice as a Registered Nurse in a growing and expanding ambulatory clinic? The Atrial Fibrillation clinic at OhioHealth is unique model of care delivery focused on providing acute access as well as longitudinal arrhythmia management to patients using multidisciplinary providers, including Nursing, Advanced Practice Providers, and specialty Pharmacists. Our unique clinic model of care has been recognized nationally and offers the opportunity to practice in a diverse, efficient environment. Our nurses have a high degree of autonomy, patient interaction, and work closely to collaborate with the Advanced Practice Providers, Pharmacist, and Physician's in helping patients navigate the management of their arrythmia. The RN is accountable for the practice of nursing as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing. The RN delegates nursing tasks to licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs) using the criteria written in the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's Degree (Required)BTLS - Basic Trauma Life Support - American Heart Association, CPR - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation - American Red Cross, RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
Current registered nurse license from the State of Ohio. Knowledge in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care. BLS Certification.
